• Curriculum Vitae (CV) / Resume.

• Professional references.
• Any other professional information voluntarily included by the applicant in the documentation provided.
3. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
The personal data provided will be processed for the following purposes:
• Managing the application submitted by the candidate.
• Assessing the suitability of the candidate’s professional profile for current or future vacancies.
• Contacting the candidate during recruitment processes.
• Conducting interviews, assessments, and professional checks related to employment opportunities.
• Including the application in the recruitment database of FRUIT VALUE, S.L.
• Considering the candidate for future recruitment processes that may match their professional profile.
4. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
The legal basis for processing personal data is the implementation of pre-contractual measures requested by the applicant through the voluntary submission of their application, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
In addition, the consent provided by the applicant will allow the retention of their data for future recruitment processes for the period indicated in these Terms and Conditions.
5. ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED
The applicant guarantees that all information provided is true, accurate, complete, and up to date.
FRUIT VALUE, S.L. may request supporting documentation whenever necessary to verify the information provided during the recruitment process.
The applicant shall be responsible for any damages arising from the submission of false, inaccurate, or outdated information.
6. SPECIAL CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA
FRUIT VALUE, S.L. does not request special categories of personal data or any information that is not necessary to assess a professional application.
Applicants are therefore expressly advised not to include in their CV or supporting documentation any information relating to:
• Health data.
• Racial or ethnic origin.
• Political opinions.
• Religious or philosophical beliefs.
• Trade union membership.
• Sexual orientation.
• Biometric data.
• Genetic data.
• Any other special category of personal data referred to in Article 9 of the GDPR.
Should such data be voluntarily provided and deemed unnecessary for the recruitment process, FRUIT VALUE, S.L. may proceed with its deletion.
7. DATA RETENTION
Personal data and CVs received may be retained for a maximum period of two (2) years from the date of receipt of the application for the purpose of considering the candidate for current or future recruitment processes.
Once this period has expired, the data will be securely deleted unless a legal obligation requires a longer retention period.
The applicant may request the deletion of their data at any time.
8. DATA RECIPIENTS
Personal data may only be accessed by:
• Authorized personnel of FRUIT VALUE, S.L.
• Companies affiliated with the corporate group where necessary for recruitment purposes.
• Technology service providers acting as data processors.
• Public authorities, administrative bodies, or courts where required by law.
Under no circumstances will personal data be sold, transferred, or used for commercial purposes unrelated to recruitment activities.

By submitting this form, the applicant declares that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy of FRUIT VALUE, S.L., and accepts the processing of their personal data for the purposes described above.
